**Booking a session **
For the quickest and most convenient way of booking a session, we recommend using our online booking system. You will also be able to book in the club or over the telephone. Once they have added some details they will be classed as an Associate member and will be able to book sessions when they want to. Up to four people can use a bay at a time. Minimum booking length is one hour and maximum is any length of time up to close of business on that day. Prices will differ depending on the time of day.
**Value Offers **
- Value offers can be used to purchase session time on Trugolf and Trackman only.
- Value offers will be valid for 12 months from date of purchase (Senior Value offers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase).
- Value offers cannot be used with any other offers or discounts.
- Value offers are non-refundable.
Gift cards
- Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards can be purchased online only.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
- Gift cards may be used for services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
- Gift cards will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
- Gift cards will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
- Gift cards are only valid at Pro Shot Golf Club, Stacey Bushes, Milton Keynes.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of The Pro Shot Golf Club is final.
- The Pro Shot Golf Club reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
- When you present your gift card we will exchange it for services to the value of the card.
- The card remains the property of The Pro Shot Golf Club.
Cancellation
We do not give refunds. If you need to cancel any sessions/lessons, we would be able to reschedule for you as long as you give us at least 48 hours prior notice. If you cancel within 48 hours we would be unable to reschedule.
**Arriving for your Session/Code of Conduct **
We ask that you arrive in good time for the beginning of your session. Should you arrive late it will be at the duty manager's discretion if you are able to complete the entirety of your session.
**What to wear **
You will not need to use golf shoes in the bays. We ask that flat shoes such as trainers are used. The use of soft or hard spiked golf shoes is not permitted. Although there is no strict dress code, clothing should be comfortable and appropriate for using our facilities.
**Equipment needed **
We will provide golf balls for all of our simulators. We have sets of clubs available for use in the bays (subject to availability). We promote a clean equipment policy and would ask that any equipment used on our simulators is in a clean condition before use.
Pro Shot Acca Membership Terms and Conditions
Except where expressly agreed otherwise by us in writing every member of the club shall be subject to these terms and conditions. The Pro Shot Golf Club Limited reserves the right to use discretion in all matters relating to membership.
- Membership is paid monthly and automatically renewed every month until revoked in writing and acknowledged by The Pro Shot Golf Club Limited.
- The membership begins on the 1st of each month and subscriptions are paid monthly in advance. If a member joins part way through a month it will be assumed that the monthly entitlement can be used in the remaining part of the month.
- Members will pay by credit card or debit card on the 1st day of each month. This will be automatically collected by The Pro Shot Golf Club. A member is responsible for funds being available to The Pro Shot Golf Club to collect at the start of each month.
- Members will be notified in advance by email of any changes to subscription fees
- Subscription payments not received within 7 days of becoming due will result in an administration fee of £30.
- Cancellation policy: The membership is a minimum term of 12 months. After 12 months this notice period is reduced to 1 months’ notice. Written confirmation of cancellation must be given. There will be no refunds for any cancellation circumstances. Any unused benefits or credits may be used up until the end of the month in which the member cancels. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure no future payments are taken from their account after cancellation.
- A member upgrading a membership part way through a month will pay the new membership fee in full and will be entitled to the new entitlement in addition to the previous entitlement for that month. Discount offers will be applied at the higher of the two rates.
- All members are responsible for their guests.
- Terms and conditions of membership may be revised from time to time and members should be aware of the terms and conditions posted on the website.
- **The Pro Shot Golf Club reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at their discretion. **

- The membership begins on the 1st of each month and subscriptions are paid monthly in advance. A member joins each month for a minimum period of one month. If a member joins part way through a month it will be assumed that the monthly entitlement can be used in the remaining part of the month.
- Members will pay by credit card or debit card on the 1st day of each month. This will be automatically collected by The Pro Shot Golf Club. A member is responsible for funds being available to The Pro Shot Golf Club to collect at the start of each month.

- Cancellation policy: In the event a Member wishes to cancel they must give us 3 months notice. They must inform us in writing 7 days prior to the current month ending. After 12 months this notice period is reduced to just 7 days notice. There will be no refunds for any cancellation circumstances. Any unused entitlements or benefits may be used up until the end of the month in which the member cancels. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure no future payments are taken from their account after cancellation.
- A member upgrading a membership part way through a month will pay the new membership fee in full and will be entitled to the new entitlement in addition to the previous entitlement for that month. Discount offers will be applied at the higher of the two rates. For example, A Gold Member wants to become a Platinum Member: Once they pay the additional fee for that month they, in addition to the Peak and non-peak playing slots for Gold Membership, will be entitled to the Platinum Peak and non-Peak playing slots plus their discount entitlement will increase to Platinum level.
- All members are responsible for their guests. A member may change their nominated guests twice during a rolling 12 month period.
- Terms and conditions of membership may be revised from time to time and members should be aware of the terms and conditions posted on the website.
Membership Levels and Entitlements
All players at the Pro Shot Golf Club will be registered as members. There are five membership levels:
- Associate/ Casual Members (Free Membership, occasional promotional offers, easy access and quick booking)
- Gold Membership (£40 per month Membership. 1 hour of Peak time and 2 hours of Non-Peak time per month plus 25% off standard charges for any other session bookings)
- Platinum Membership (£70 per month Membership. 2 hours of Peak time and 3 hours of non-peak time per month plus 30% off standard charges for any other session bookings)
- 4 Off Peaks Membership (£50 per month Membership. 4 hours of Non- Peak time per month plus 25% off standard charges for any other session bookings)
- 4 Peaks Membership (£80 per month Membership. 4 hours of Peak time per month plus 30% off standard charges for any other session bookings)
In addition, a member can create a Guest List where nominated guests can use the member's entitlements:
